Adding A Job Order

From within Big Biller, a new Job Order can be added from the Jobs tab OR from the Company Datasheet –  

From the Jobs tab:

  • Hold your cursor over the Jobs tab along the top right corner of the window
  • Select Add

  • Enter a Position Title
    • “Position Title” is the only field that’s required to save a Job Order
  • Manually enter any additional details
  • Click Save when all of the applicable job details have been entered

From the Company Datasheet: 

  • Click the green plus sign (FireShot Screen Capture #029 - 'Job Order Advertising Options' - login_topechelon_com_JobOrder_JobAdvertisingOptions_aspx_JobOrderId=134831) to the right of the Job Orders header

  • Enter a Position Title

  • The Company Name field will auto-populate
  • Manually enter any additional details
  • Click Save when all of the applicable job details have been entered
