Creating And Managing Hotlists

In this video demonstration, we will look at creating and managing Hotlists in Big Biller. Hotlists are like online filing cabinets where you can store and categorize records. The Hotlist function gives recruiters quick and easy access to custom lists of people, companies, or even job orders.

To add individual records to a Hotlist from a Person, Company, or Job Order record:

  • Click the Hotlist link at the top of the record you wish to add

  • To add to an existing Hotlist, select the green plus sign or the name of the corresponding Hotlist
    OR
  • To add to a new Hotlist, select the Add to New Hotlist link in the top right-hand corner of the window

To add multiple records to a Hotlist from a Person , Company, or Job Order search result:

  • Check the boxes to the left of the records you wish to add
  • Click on the Select An Option drop-down to select either Add Selected to a Hotlist or Add All to a Hotlist
