Adding A User To My Account

Note: this is only an option for the Main Contact/Supervisor(s)

From anywhere within Big Biller/Top Echelon:

  • Click the Settings link in the top right-hand corner of the page

  • Select Manage Users/Security under the Security header

  • Click  the Add a New Recruiter link

  • Fill in the appropriate information for the new user. The Email, First Name, Last Name, City, State and Postal Code fields are required.

  • Select the appropriate Security Settings for the user and then click the Save button in the bottom right-hand corner of the page
