Using Auto-Respond Emails Through Big Biller’s Job Board

Auto-respond emails are pre-designed email templates that are automatically sent from your Job Board each time a job seeker submits information through your website. These emails are a great way to communicate instantly with those who visit your site and build trust at the same time. Here is how to set those emails up –

For Job Board V1 and V2

From anywhere:

  • Click Settings, in the top right-hand corner of the screen


  • Under Job Board Settings slick Auto Responders


For Job Board V1 Only

From the Job Board tab:

  • Click the link for “Auto Responders”, along the left side, in the box titled Job Board Settings,


  • There are 2 types of Auto Responders (Job Seeker Add Resume Auto Responder and Job Seeker Job Application Auto Responder)
  • Job Seeker Add Resume Auto Responder – This is what a candidate would receive when they submit their resume/create their profile through your website
  • Job Seeker Job Application Auto Responder – This is what a candidate would receive when they nominate themselves for a specific job order, through your website
  • Fill in the email address you want the message to come from  in the Reply to Address field
  • Fill in the Subject of the email
  • Fill in the body of your email in the Message box
  • Click the Update button for each auto responder when complete
