From within the People Search screen:
- Type in the Search Name.
- Type the criteria you want located in the Keywords field or use the Boolean Builder to help you build a string of criteria.
- Add any additional information before you complete your search.
- Click Run Search located in the upper right hand corner.
- Once on the Search Results page, you will click on the Select an Option. (located in the upper left hand corner)
- A drop down menu will appear, Click the first option Email All.
- Once you have selected Email All, a email will pop up placing all record’s email addresses in the TO: field.
- By default, each recipient will be sent out individual.
