Using the MEGA Database

Top Echelon’s MEGA Database contains millions of resumes. Members of Top Echelon that use Big Biller as their Applicant Tracking Software can opt to have their Active / Default Resumes indexed so that they can be searched by Network Trading Partners in a blinded fashion.  The Recruiter conducting the MEGA Resume search is not able to view the resumes. They can see the Recruiter’s name, contact information and the relevant 50 resumes that match their search criteria.  The searching Recruiter can then Request Help from the Trading Partners showing in the search results.
